We know our stuff, we work with women from all training ages (beginner to advanced). Our bread and butter is Personal Training but we do offer Powerlifting specific coaching for competitors and Online Coaching too.

RAQUEL
I broke free of hating my body and binge eating for my whole teen years in my mid-20s. I didn’t know how to lift weights, I tried online challenges and online ebook programs only to feel unsure if I was moving correctly (I definitely wasn’t).
I wish I had someone earlier to guide me, and nurture me through nutrition and training because it would’ve saved me a lot of crying at home hating my outfits, and a lot of teen years wishing I was skinnier and trying drastic measures to be “better”.
I get you, my coaches get you and we want to make this the best experience possible for you to get closer to your goals. We will guide you every step of the way to your goals – we believe in sustainable lifestyle changes, lifting weights, and empowering our community of women!

After 1 week I dropped 2 kg, this was trying a new diet plan more suited to my body and health! After 12 weeks I was able to loss 14kg...! You not only getting a PT trainer , you are also getting a friend someone who has your back no matter what you think, say or do Raquel knows you can do it and achieve that end result 😌.
