RAQUEL

I broke free of hating my body and binge eating for my whole teen years in my mid-20s. I didn’t know how to lift weights, I tried online challenges and online ebook programs only to feel unsure if I was moving correctly (I definitely wasn’t).

I wish I had someone earlier to guide me, and nurture me through nutrition and training because it would’ve saved me a lot of crying at home hating my outfits, and a lot of teen years wishing I was skinnier and trying drastic measures to be “better”.
